EV Plug & Charge: A seamless service

EV Plug & Charge is enabled on all of our nationwide network of chargers. That means, if your vehicle has the service built in and is fully registered, you can simply plug into any EV Power charger without any need for manual payment or authentication. No faff, no fuss, just fast and effective charging at the roadside.

Frequently asked questions

  • EV Power by MFG works with a number of roaming partners, allowing you to pay with existing accounts. For example, all our machines are compatible with Octopus Electroverse and Zap-pay as standard. If you bought your EV with salary sacrifice, you will likely have one of these cards.

  • We’re actively integrating with fleet charging partners to provide you with a way to manage all your fleet charging admin. We’ve already got strong partnerships with Paua, Allstar, Radius and Octopus Fleet, which include consolidated invoicing.

  • Yes. Our partnership with Morrisons means you get five More Points for every £1 you spend at one of our charging bays. You don’t need to be a Morrisons customer to charge your vehicle.

  • We’ve got more than 2,000 bays across the UK. Use your current location to find your nearest one here.

  • Yes, most of our service stations are open and staffed 24/7.

  • Our Rapid and Ultra-Rapid chargers are suitable for all vehicles that use CCS charging connectors. CHAdeMO connectors are available at some locations.

  • Rapid chargers deliver up to 149kW, while ultra-rapid machines deliver 150kW+. Rapid is useful for “topping up” during a shop, while ultra-rapid is ideal for short pit stops mid-journey.

  • You can pay with the MFG connect app, contactless, and the Plug & Charge system, as well as via fleet charging and roaming partners.

  • Use the MFG Connect App to see real-time energy prices at each hub. Tariffs and speeds may vary by location.

  • Yes, you’ll find some of your favourite brands at MFG service stations.

  • Charge at least 30kWh in a single session via the MFG Connect App and you’ll get a coffee on us.
